  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

with all tags attached.

  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be

accepted for return.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable/non-refundable unless there is a

manufacturing defect from our end.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to return the item along with the return warehouse address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or a shipping error on our part.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Custom orders and Personalized made to measure jackets
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales unless there is a manufacturing defect.

    • Items can be exchanged within **30 days** of receipt for a different size or color.
    • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose to receive store credit or a refund (as per our refund policy).

    • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached.

  • We will provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions on sending the item back.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to a defect or incorrect item sent.
  • Once we receive your item for exchange, we will process it within 7-10 business days.
  • If the requested item is not available, we will notify you immediately.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • We will arrange for the item to be returned at no cost to you and offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.
