At we have a 21 working days Returns & Exchange policy that starts the day the item is received by our customers.

So if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you could send the item back to us within 21 days of receiving it however we would like our buyer to adhere to certain terms and conditions for returns and exchange that are described below.

Our experience of online sales since 2009 suggests that over 80% of the returns are due to wrong size selection from the customer. This is a very usual and common mistake as buying a clothing item over Internet is not something that’s easy and that is the reason we always urge our buyers and even suggest them to buy strictly according to our mentioned size chart to avoid any inconvenience later on.

An exclusive size chart is mentioned at the website for that matter that’s also available at every product page.

Following is our Returns & Exchange Policy:


Please follow the steps below for returns and exchange:

  1. Please email us at sales[@] about the faulty item you have received or if you wish to change your size and request for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    (RMA is usually not necessary to process exchange or refunds, however it is better to have one)
  2. Our customer service representative will reply your email with returns instructions.
  3. Upon receipt of returned item it is then inspected and either a refund is issued or exchange is made as per customer’s demand.

Please observe following guidelines for returns:

  1. Please note that returned items need to be unused, in original factory condition/packaging they were sent in, with all tags and labels attached.
  2. Please always use tracked and preferably insured shipping service to return your items to avoid any issues in returns delivery.
  3. Customers are liable to pay for the return shipping charges unless they have received something SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED.
  4. If shipping is FREE, it will only be for the first time and for returns or replacements shipping charges will be applicable because FREE shipping is not actually free for us, we pay for it so a replacement will incur extra charges or subsequently shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless a faulty item is sent out from us. 
  5. For sizing returns, buyers have to pay returns shipping charges that varies again according to their location, normally this is exactly as they may have paid for the first time. 

 Our returns address is in United States, so buyers from US, Canada would have to pay $25 towards replacement shipping and buyers from UK, Europe and Australia would have to pay between $25 to $40, depending upon the location they live in.


Refunds will be issued in the same mode as the first time payment.

Following are the options for refund:

  • Money Back (Same method used to pay, whether Paypal or Debit/Credit Card payment)
  • RSCO (Returning customer Special Offer) Discount up to 50%
  • Gift Coupon

We inform you that custom size items, Items on discount or Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.


 Custom-Made, Discounted and On Sale items 

However if a custom made item needs to be altered, we could do it for FREE while buyer pays for both way shipping charges. Again this is not applicable for discounted/promotional items. 

Cost of shipping may not be refunded for discounted or promotional items unless a faulty item is received by the buyer. 

Mind change or wrong size selection refunds will be issued after deducting actual shipping costs.
